Ice Cream Treat for the Rotary Club of Skegness.

Robin and Clare brought sorbet to start the meal (to clear our palate!) and gave us vanilla ice cream and yogurt for desert. The main course provided by the Royal Hotel was an excellent carvery.

Robin presented an entertaining and visual talk on the work of his family over the years.

With 91 years experience of making ice cream, three generations of the Dennett family carry on the tradition of creating many flavours of ice cream. With Robin and Clare Dennett's daughter now employed in the firm (making four generations), they hope they will be able to celebrate a 100 years of making ice cream in nine years time.
